Sandra joined the BCQS team in 2025 and brings 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. She moved to the Cayman Islands in 2006, starting her journey with The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, and later became part of the pre-opening team at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba. Sandra has held key leadership roles in Front Office operations, with a strong focus on guest engagement and service excellence.
More recently, she transitioned into property and strata management, spending the past three years ensuring client and owner satisfaction across a diverse portfolio.

In her free time, Sandra is often found on the yoga mat—she’s an avid practitioner—and she also designs jewelry using crystals and local stones under her own brand, Santosha Designs. Santosha, a Sanskrit word, means “contentment” or finding happiness in what you do—a philosophy she brings into both her personal life and professional work. She is also a proud mom of two young kids who keep her on her toes!
