Mark joined the BCQS team in 2025; he has been living and working in Grand Cayman for approaching 3-years, having relocated with his family (wife, two grown-up sons and dog!) from the UK. Mark is a highly experienced property specialist, Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer, with 35+ years’ experience in both the commercial and residential property fields.

Something you might not know about Mark:
Mark is an MCC member, who played representative cricket and rugby at both county and national level in England. He played county cricket for Hertfordshire CCC, went on several representative cricket tours for the MCC and played club rugby for Saracens RFC.
