We find BCQS responsive, helpful and proactive in terms of managing our complex and owner requests. In Southern Skies we have historically had many issues with delinquent owners not paying strata and BCQS has been very helpful in guiding the members of the Executive Committee in how to approach these debtors. We now do not have any debtors owing more than a thousand dollars which is a huge success for our complex. BCQS is very involved in guiding the owners and the Executive Committee in terms of insurance, finance, maintenance and property improvement which I do think is very valuable. BCQS manages many other properties in Cayman and with this comes useful knowledge in terms of how to manage and maintain the property. For example, they have made good recommendations for recent air conditioning upgrades, landscape improvements and assisted us in completely upgrading our pool furniture through contacts they had previously worked with and this has had a big impact on our recent sales.Sophie
